Tongariro River Flow looks promising for the weekend. Below are some of the trout being landed lately by West Island anglers.
This is almost a rarity lately – a TRM fishing report actually illustrating what the visiting West Island anglers are catching. The anglers are Barry & John with photos taken by Pete. They reported they had to work hard for them last week with a bad day managing about 6-7 and a better day landing about 14. You will note the good condition of the trout. Not huge but these silver bullets put up a big fight.
So why aren’t you here?
