Join HOOKED and fish for the million dollar trout! 100 tagged trout will be released into Lake Taupō.
Catch a tagged trout, take a picture and bring us the tag, then join us at the Festival to play for your chance to win a million dollars!
If no tagged trout are caught then one person will be drawn from those present at the Festival for their chance to play the million dollar trout competition.
You can fish over the entire lake and its tributaries for the chance to play for one million dollars!
