October issue is compulsory reading for anglers…  Anglers have to wonder why there have been no headlines about this “Massive threat to trout fishing” issue (re: proposed amendment to the Conservation Act being sneaked through without any consultation with Fish & Game etc.) in the big daily newspapers?  Or trout fishos opinions do not matter any more?  Something smells fishy…
